Award Winning Investigator Asked

Why was there no mention of Wim Dankbaar, the so-called expert on the JFK assassination, and James Files at the 40th year anniversary of John F. Kennedy's murder?  There were numerous theories discussed, but nothing about them.

Could it be because no one takes them seriously except for other conspiracy nuts?

Check out what others are saying on well repected sites and blogs.  Some of these sites have been around for over 12 years.

Wim Dankbaar Arrested and Jailed

Wim Dankbaar Arrested & Jailed for Hacking, Fraud, Email Theft, Conspiracy and Invasion of Privacy Against Award Winning Dutch Crime Reporter Peter R. De Vries.

Mid February 2007, Wim Dankbaar was arrested and jailed and his computers confiscated in a case of invasion of privacy and theft against Dutch crime reporter Peter R. De Vries.   Police engaged in a two hour search of Dankbaar's residence and came away with several computers, files and DVDs.

Mr. De Vries was actually Dankbaar's business partner at the time and the two had been together in the United States collaborating on a film project about the JFK assassination which Mr. De Vries was to heavily promote as a favor to Dankbaar.  Wim returned the favor by stealing De Vries email account password, reading his emails and then, forwarding them to third parties, including a competing crime journalist.

Dankbaar freely admitted he did all this to the complete detriment of his business partner.  Not only did Dankbaar forward emails related to a murder case that De Vries was investigating for his popular crime show in the Netherlands, but Dankbaar pushed his nose into De Vries private life by forwarding "sex emails" also to third parties that he had discovered in De Vries' email account.  Dankbaar has fluffed it all off as interesting trivia to be ignored by all.   Dankbaar was also charged with deception, fraud and conspiracy related to the email hacking.

Mr. Dankbaar is currently embroiled in a lawsuit against the daughter of a CIA operative Chauncey Holt whose "story" he allegedly bought from her. Now he claims that she's not allowed to even mention her own father's name.

Dankbaar is the man who regularly posts defamatory statements all over the internet against the owners and associates of Cybersoup and has the gall to accuse others of "stealing" from him, a rather ludicrous statement in view of the fact that Dankbaar himself has been accused of stealing $150,000 from Bob Vernon, the man who sold him his James Files "business".

In November 2009, Dankbaar enlisted the aid of two people from Battle Creek, Michigan named April Kelley and Edward F. Kelley (of Stryker Medical) to help in his online defamation of Cybersoup and his associates.
Dankbaar is the man whom April Kelley calls her trusted friend, mentor and supporter and an "honest man".

If Dankbaar will casually invade the privacy and deliberately steal from a friend and business partner, it's no wonder that he is so hell bent to destroy people he deems to be "enemies".  Dankbaar's actions prove without a shadow of a doubt that he will do absolutely anything to further his various causes, whether they be JFK-murder related or not.

The 2007 crime is not the only time the Dutchman engaged in illegal actions against an investigative reporter.  He is currently defaming, blackmailing and threatening American reporter Judd McIlvain (which is also discussed at cybersoup.com).
